Nettes Haus mit kleinem Garten - relativ privat. Küche gut ausgestattet, eigener Parkplatz am Haus. Sehr ruhige Lage. Eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne und Gartenhaus mit Grill, Sonnenschirm und Liegen.

Bonjour,nous avons l’habitude de louer des maisons en vacances,avec airbnb,n’avons jamais été déçu,mais avec Abritel pour avoir dés réponses à nos questions il faut se lever de bonne heure !! Envoyer un texto aux propriétaires pour avoir le code wifi,je l’attends encore. Propreté de l’intérieur de la maison moyen,les carreaux du rdc sales,poussières non faites.Couettes avec des taches jaunes !! Il pourrait y avoir un un tapis de bain à chaque salle de bains.un pare douche au niveau de la baignoire pour éviter de mettre de l’eau partout.Et l’extérieur,pelouse non tondue,grande tiges de pissenlits partout.Sinon maison agréable.Abritel nous prend 10 de frais de ménage.La propriétaire nous demande de rendre le logement propre.Ce que nous avons fait.Pourquoi prendre des frais de ménages ??

Propreté de la maison très limite. Accueil très froid de la part de la propriétaire. Equipement de la maison très bizarre : pas de table de nuit, pas de lampe de chevet, une quantité de couteaux à foison mais que 6 ou 7 petites cuillères, équipements de cuisine pas toujours en bon état.....mais région charmante.

Bonne location mal entretenue

Cette location correspond bien à l'annonce mais nous devons signaler un sérieux problème d'entretien. A notre arrivée nous avons du passer du temps à nettoyer cette maison. - Aspiration du sol à l'étage:sable, linge sous les lits, restes de gâteaux secs, tubes vides.... - Alèses de lits et tapis de bain sales. -Cuisine non entretenue: four et hotte très gras, étagères sales. Par ailleurs l'équipement de cuisine nécessiterait un sérieux renouvellement (vieilles casseroles en teflon très usagées). Résumé: bonne location mais l'entretien est à assurer. Dommage!

Nach vier Wochen am Cap Frehel

Bei der Ankunft hat der Vermieter organisiert, dass eine von uns schon mittags ins Haus konnte - das war sehr nett. Das Haus war aber sehr schmutzig (Büschel sehr langer Haare und Hundehaare?, Spinnweben, schmutziges Geschirr, klebrige Oberflächen ...). Das Internet funktionierte nicht. Wir waren sehr verärgert und haben den ersten Tag mit Reinigung verbracht und einen Helfer für's Internet zu organisieren. Wir kritisierten dies und einige Mängel an der Ausstattung per Mail über Fewo beim Vermieter. Er reagierte auf unsere Kritik sehr ungehalten und unterstellte uns Frechheit und Dummheit. Auf weitere Mails reagierte er nicht. Auch für Absprachen zur Abreise war er nicht zu erreichen - weder mit Mail bei fewo, noch mit einer TelNr. die ich bei fewo schließlich erhalten hatte. Am letzten Tag kam vom Vermieter eine Info, wann er die Hausübergabe machen wolle - das war für uns zu spät: Wir sind abgereist und haben ihm einen Brief an der Haustür hinterlassen. Das Haus haben wir sauber geputzt - nach 4 Wochen selbstverständlich für uns! Vom Vermieter erhielten wir daraufhin eine unverschämte Mail mit bösen Schimpfwörtern und Lügen zum Zustand des Hauses. Wer das Haus wählt, darf aus der Angabe des Vermieters nicht den Schluss ziehen, dass es für Menschen mit Hundeallergie geeignet ist!!! Die gute und ruhige Lage in Pleherel, gute Betten im Haus und eine praktikable Ausstattung haben uns insgesamt einen angenehmen Urlaub ermöglicht ... und das Meer sowieso!
