"We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The breakfast was super: different kind of cereals, juices, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausages, oatmeal, make your own waffle, and all types of fruit. You do have to pay for parking, however, the hotel has two parking lots next to the hotel and across the small street just for their customers. 8th floor has Oliver's restaurant open for lunch and dinner."

"The location of the hotel was amazing. I enjoyed taking morning walks across the street to watch the sunrise off of Presque Isle. However, at the same time with the hotel being so close to Bayfront Parkway and my room being adjacent to it made for loud noises."

"We went on an overnight stay for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful, they all wished us a happy anniversary and were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was amazing! The new York strip steak was the best I've had. The bar tenders were amazing. I ordered a drink and it was a bit too sour. Not their fault and I was just going to drink it anyways but she could tell I wasn't a huge fan so she offered to fix it to my liking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in town. The views were so beautiful and there's so much to do right on the bayfront."

"The property was good. For the price, I would expect a little more, but it was adequate. The morning breakfast was good. The staff was a bit "hovering" over people, I'm not sure why. They will charge you $2.00 per day to have access to the hotel safe, which is a bit odd. You have to ask them to reverse the charge when you leave, so it will catch some people. I also don't like the new "trend" that hotels now have of not cleaning your room or bathroom every day, unless you ask them to. They spin this as respecting your privacy, when it really is a cost cutting measure. Even when asked to clean the bathroom and replenish the supplies, they have twice forgotten to refill the body wash container. Overall, a convenient location and a room/property that was good. It was loud at night because of the location next to the Bayfront Highway. They could have done better with the sound insulation due to that."
