This newly remodeled home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment. Sit on your wrap-around deck to enjoy amazing lake views for a morning coffee or majestic sunsets and a glass of wine at dusk. Or, congregate on the back patio to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace on a chilly evening.
This multi-level home has been significantly updated/renovated this past year. More upgrades will occur in 2026. All Units sport brand new stainless steel appliances with beautiful granite countertops, (Lower units have kitchenettes). Bedrooms in Units 1 and 2 have new carpeting and are freshly painted. All bathrooms have been completely updated. Guests will enjoy the comforts of a bedroom with a king bed, three bedrooms with a queen beds, two bedrooms with two twin beds, one bedroom with full sized bunk beds and a queen murphy bed in the family room. Three washer/dryers are located on the property. Foosball, poker and bumper-pool tables in Lower West Unit. There are 2 private decks for outdoor grilling and relaxation. Central air conditioning, WIFI, two Epson printers and off street parking (7 cars) is available.

Property great for large families. I rented the whole house. Everyone had their own space, but units were big enough to accommodate everyone for meals. House was very clean. Views from the deck were beautiful. It was just a short walk down to the lake.
John was a great host. The updates he has been doing look great. There was an issue with the air conditioning in 2 of the units, but John had it fixed the next day. The lake is beautiful and we found some great day trip activities while we were there. We would definitely come back.
Family gathered from across the country to celebrate July 4th. The location on the lake provided a good place for relaxing and playing family games, while also being a central location for visiting Niagara Falls and Cleveland. Having individual units allowed the family groups to find individual time as well as gathering together.The property was very clean and well outfitted for being a home away from home. Recent upgrades were appreciated and future upgrades will only make the experience better. The view from the deck of sunset over the lake was unforgettable.
We rented all 4 units. Each unit was well stocked. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, full size toiletries and some extra kitchen items that you might have overlooked when packing. One disappointing thing was we thought there was a fire pit and there was not one on the property. If this feature were added, this would make an extra perfect place for multiple families to stay. You have your own space but can be together. We enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck with a nice view of the lake and the sunset. I would recommend this property to others.
Wonderfully quiet and well kept home by the lake. Very responsive owners who kept the most beautiful window boxes. We would gladly book again in the future.
