"This was a really nice holiday inn! Was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and staff was so nice. Johnny Rockets downstairs was super convenient. Free coffee in lobby. Close to everything. "

"The property while aesthetically pleasing, there were a few issues. The property was in need of a in house restaurant. The rooftop lounge/bar seemed to be an after thought poorly decorated & very mid. The bartender amazing. The room I stayed in cute I’d say the design while I get it the light switch only operated the entry way light. The light hanging over the lounge area you had to pull the cord to get to the control switch. While on the 8th floor I could still hear all the noise from outside. To pay amenity fee’s for every night it was missing a few. "

"The gym was sufficient and clean but smaller. I do wish the rooms had coffee makers but using the one in the snack bar was fine. The staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Staff are not forthcoming with the bill. I asked to see our bill and when I saw it I was mis-charged. They couldn’t find a way to refund me and so I was left over-charged. Shame as hotel location was great and facilities everything we needed. Staff were great until we had issue. Staff need to show customers the bill and ask if everything is ok before charging a then causing an issue. "
