For the type of motel it was alright the staff was helpful and accommodating. Going forward if I was to visit Fredericton again i probably would stay at the Lincoln Inn it's a short taxi ride to the downtown. 👍

Staff are friendly and helpful. The price is okay but the nightly rental rooms face the roadway which can be noisy late into the evening. There isn’t much for a continental breakfast and the coffee machine wasn’t working for the 2 day stay. Beds are okay and it is a shower only as there is no spout to fill the tub. Cheap & cheerful!

The Lincoln Inn-Fredericton exceeded my expectations in every way! It is a lovely property that is extremely well-kept, with very friendly staff/owners. They even helped recommend a fantastic Indian restaurant in-town that was incredible (based off a menu notices in the front office and asked about). I would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

Room had clean linen. That was the best thing that could be said about it. No outlets that were not used by the room, had to unplug TV to plug in phones. Quite a few bugs, not dirty but holes in all baseboards and such. Advertised breakfast was a few bagels, broken coffee machine, and yogurt in a fridge. Sad and minimalistic. Appeared to be a side business being ran out of one of the rooms, had to listen to business and music being played till late. In the end: pre-COVID, I would have paid $50 to stay at a cheap motel like this if I was on a budget. Now, it costs $150+, and I might as well lay down $100 more and go to a holiday inn. Not worth the bargain.
