What a cute place! Well stocked, cozy and comfortable. Due to a sudden cold front we didnt get to enjoy the outside seating area, but the place was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Viola Pearl Haus. We were in town for four nights and looked forward to returning to the comfortable bed each night! The kitchen was very handy to have. Great property! It's just north of Fredericksburg- very convenient. In a neighborhood, but very peaceful and quiet.

A quaint private getaway!

Exceptional private getaway spot! Everything was as advertised. The muggy afternoon did bring us a few flies outside, but morning coffee was enjoyed out there without issue.highly recommend staying here if you want a cozy quiet spot.

This studio was perfect for a quick weekend trip to Fredericksburg. Easy access to Main Street and everything we wanted to do. It was very clean, well decorated, and had a perfect cozy vibe to it. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
