"The room was very clean. A little hard to figure out the heating and cooling system. The refrigerator made a noise all night but my son finally found the problem and fixed it. They had a great breakfast buffet with lots of variety and a nice room to eat in. Overall good experience. I would stay there again.😊"

"The only complaint I have is the car rental. Expedia put the extra cost for a deposit of 668 .00 due at the car rental place in the smallest most inconvenient spot that I was unaware of the fee. Thank God I had the extra money for it, but what would have happened if I didn't???? We traveled hours every day and that would have ruined the whole trip. The hotel was AMAZING and had the best staff, breakfast buffet and pool! The hot tub was not working and was upset about that because I even called ahead of time to make sure the pool and hot tub was working but I understand things can go wrong and it was not the end of the world. The flight was also great. I even got the crew to move us to a row that was empty, so we had the row to ourselves. Really nice flight attendants. Southwest was the best!"

"I had contact with two of the front desk managers and both were VERY friendly and helpful and American. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Didn’t get to breakfast but that is on us. We was sleeping in. Parking was plentiful. The room was clean we stayed two nights and had maid service both days. I have stayed at another Best Western in Burleson Tx. And service and everything else was not as good there"
