Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
In order to comply with the above ordinance and ensure guest safety, this property is outfitted with security cameras. The areas monitored by camera are the front porch, driveway, and fenceline. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

Just a little getaway
Overall a nice place. Very clean.
A couple of negatives were, lumpy bed (we stayed in the front room) and the first night (Sunday) there was a lot of loud road noise (like someone racing up and down street). Also the bathroom farmhouse sink was really cute but there wasn’t any counter space to but your stuff.

GIRLS TRIP
We had such an awesome time in the house. It was cozy, warm, and just perfect for the 3 of us. You could have 4 . Both bedrooms have King Size Comfy beds.
We loved the Hot Tub, it was amazing!!! They even had robes for anyone that might need them.
The house is decorated just beautiful, and they sure thought of everything. We will have to come back when its warmer out and enjoy the outside backyard.
Location is really close to town too.
AWESOME PLACE!!!

So cute!
We stayed 3 nights in December and loved it! Very clean, perfect size, and wonderful location! We loved the house so much we accidentally napped on the couch a few times. Would definitely recommend!
