The outdoor area is a show-stopper, with a fire-pit, private hot tub, a covered dining area with a gas grill, and plenty of seating. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

My friend and I arrived on Monday. The little cottage was easy to find. We loved staying there. There were so many special touches! Everything we needed was there. It was so comfortable and has a wonderful outdoor area for sitting and a hot tub!

Pleasant Stay

My sister and I went to Fredericksburg for our niece’s 30th BD. Our stay at Frieden House was very comfortable with no complaints. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t get to use the backyard but it was so adorable and spacious. I definitely will stay here again.

house was cute and perfect size. hot tub was great and outdoor firepit was just perfect for this time of year . house is not within walking distance of downtown though . floors were very dirty in kitchen and living space.prher than that it was great .

Cute Cottage

The house was very cute and decorated for the holidays. Beds were super comfortable. I wish we had known to bring our own firewood for the fire pit, but enjoyed sitting outside anyway. Did not use the hot tub but I am sure it is nice too. Only complaint is there was no place to put our toiletries and makeup, because the sink takes up the whole top of the vanity.

Just a little getaway

Overall a nice place. Very clean. A couple of negatives were, lumpy bed (we stayed in the front room) and the first night (Sunday) there was a lot of loud road noise (like someone racing up and down street). Also the bathroom farmhouse sink was really cute but there wasn’t any counter space to but your stuff.

What more can I say. The property was just as represented in the ad. Hot tub was clean. Outdoor fire pit and more than adequate outdoor space/seating. Inside was spacious, "cute" and clean. No problems, no hassle, no worries. The only problem: we wanted to stay longer! LOL

GIRLS TRIP

We had such an awesome time in the house. It was cozy, warm, and just perfect for the 3 of us. You could have 4 . Both bedrooms have King Size Comfy beds. We loved the Hot Tub, it was amazing!!! They even had robes for anyone that might need them. The house is decorated just beautiful, and they sure thought of everything. We will have to come back when its warmer out and enjoy the outside backyard. Location is really close to town too. AWESOME PLACE!!! Thanks for making our girls weekend such a success!!

Cute house in Fredericksburg

We enjoyed our stay in this cute house; however, we have some suggestions to the owner that might affect your stay. The house needs a good, deep cleaning. There's HEAVY dust on all the fake plants base boards, tops of pictures, etc. 2ndly, the coffee pots may need a vinegar cleaning or replacement. The pot takes about 45 minutes to make a full pot, with constant manipulation. We're figuring it's from mineral deposits. Something is wrong w the bathroom sink, as the flow is very low, & hot water doesn't seem to come. Other than that, it's a lovely place, & decor is wonderful, & your welcoming touches like the snowy-fireplace scene on TV, toiletries, no check-out chores etc. were all wonderful touches. touchetouches.toucbecause I really don't like to criticize.
