Located just a 1 block off Main St. and a few blocks from the heart of Downtown, this cottage is the perfect respite. Chloe features a King bedroom outfitted with luxury linens, and a spacious ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The full kitchen has all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee pot, mini-cooktop, and everything you'll need for movie night snacks or dinner in the courtyard. A Samsung Frame TV and double-sided gas fireplace complete the open-concept seating area. High-end fixtures and designer finishes throughout bring an added element of luxury to your stay, with no detail overlooked. Outside, the private courtyard features seating for two, and a heated plunge pool. Guests will also have access to the shared fire-pit and dining area on the property. Plunge pools are kept temp controlled at 84 degrees

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We can't say enough good things about the Chloe cottage! This was the perfect place to celebrate our 35th Anniversary! It was quiet and relaxing, and every attention to all the details of the cottage were amazing. The plunge pool was an added bonus especially after a hot stroll on Main Street. We loved our time at Chloe, and can't wait to visit again!

Loved it!

What a beautiful place! The decor was gorgeous and the house is bigger than I expected. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed being close to Main Street but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. My only complaint was the water feature in the pool. It was so loud! We wanted to float peacefully in the pool but had to stay on one side to keep from getting splashed. If it is able to be turned way down I think that would have made it more enjoyable. But the pool is the perfect size for 2 people.

LOVED the new Bijou Cottages!

I own a house managed by Absolute Charm, but it was booked when I needed to stay in Fredericksburg over Easter, so I went through some AC listings to see what was available. Bijou caught my eye and we were not disappointed! The decor was very current and upscale, we enjoyed the little pool, and the location was easily walkable to where we needed to go in town. As much as I love my own home, I'd gladly come back here instead!

Very nice property! Clean, modern and small kitchen is very usable. Designated parking and plunge pool is an added bonus. The Chloe property has a little more privacy than the other units, as it is tucked at the back. Definitely would choose it again!

So much of the place was perfect that I feel bad bringing up the bad. The dead foliage hanging over the pool looks uninviting. One planter had a dead plant that hadn't been replanted. The fireplace doesn't work.

We've stayed at this location once before and both times we fully enjoyed our stay. Only one issue this time was with a non-functional gas fireplace. Had the weather been a bit cooler I would have been disappointed. The management group did offer to come check it out but doing so would have altered our plans. When we book next time I'll proactively ask that they check it out before we arrive.
