A charming guesthouse set in your hosts' backyard, this terrific little home is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Fredericksburg.

The home is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste.

Fredricksburg Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Fredricksburg. The Vrbo was clean and in a great location not far off the main strip. It was easy getting everywhere and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great little hideaway!

I stayed at this property for a much needed break and was very pleased with the property. It was comfortable, efficient, and conveniently located so that it was close to restaurants and shopping, but not on a busy street. I felt safe, and the bonus welcome gifts were much appreciated!

Christmas lights in Fredericksburg

Not the Taj Mahal… but certainly more than adequate for my granddaughter and me. Place was nicely furnished…. And certainly clean. The Christmas decor and pillows was a nice touch. King bed was very comfy. Great location close to town.

This was an excellent cottage we loved it. It was very roomy and had everything you needed. We went to celebrate our 28th Anniversary and had an amazing time in Fredericksburg. Having a great clean place is a must and this little place did not disappoint.

Totally enjoyed my stay!

The Bell Haus is quaint and has everything you need. The hosts even give you refreshments, like bottled water and coffee. The nicest welcome was the bottle of local red wine, charcuterie, and even treats for my dog! This was totally unexpected, and made both me and my pup feel welcome. I would definitely choose Bell Haus again.

Shed House

This property was very nice and Susan was very responsive. This property was a shed in the backyard of the owners property. It was very clean, and there were no issues with our stay. My only feedback would be it would be great to have a pathway to the backyard so it felt a little more inviting to walk to the fenced backyard. Other than that it’s a great property and stay.

Neat quiet little spot

We had an amazing time. We drove from CO over 12 hours for a reunion from a German school i went. We spent time at the Oktoberfest and with friends i had not seen in 30 plus years. Cottage was quiet. We did have squirrels dropping pecans on the roof lol took ys a bit to know what that was, we dont have nut trees where we live. Was very clean....and we loved seeing the dogs.

COZY COTTAGE & GREAT LOCATION

This is a wonderful little cottage. It had everything we needed, including coffee and snacks. We were celebrating my birthday so they had a little cheese tray, chocolate and bottle of wind waiting for us along with balloons! Lindsey the owner of the cottage was just the sweetest young lady. We had absolutely no issues. The neighborhood is adorable and we were able to easily ride our bikes to downtown. The cottage is nicely decorated and has so many windows (which we love). We highly recommend. They will also soon have the home the cottage sits behind available for rent so we may stay there one day also if we have a couple come with us.

Cute Cottage

When you come to Fredericksburg, you usually come for the shopping and the wine and the experience. It’s nice to have a comfortable little cottage to come sleep in and just relax when you aren’t doing those things. It’s quaint, but very cozy. They have snacks, everything you need for a good cup of coffee, hot showers, which is a must. I would say the only negative thing for me personally is the pebble walkway. Wearing boots and heels and trying to get your luggage in and out that rolls, can be difficult. But that’s minor. 😊They left us a bottle of wine with a charcuterie, board and dessert because I told them it was our one year anniversary! I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice.

I thought I was booking another RB&B closer to town that was larger so when I arrived, it was a little bit chaotic with my partner. She was a bit disappointed, but overall we were very happy with the facilities and I would recommend it. Two little snafus, one the yard man was mowing and weeding when we arrived and not his fault he was having to work around the weather conditions and he was there as we were leaving mowing the front yard. The other was the lock was very tricky, but the issue was resolved quickly and the management company had somebody out very quickly, even the gentleman that came out I had a little problem with the lock getting it to work properly. I only day this as constructive criticism . Otherwise everything was fantastic. Very comfortable.
