Abby's Place 5 - Cowgirl Up!

Luxurious home away from home just minutes from downtown, Abby’s Place is for you. Think Home on the Range cowgirl style! Windmill outside with rocking chairs on front porch. Comfortable living area with sofa sleeper (queen memory foam mattress) and large flat screen TV. Decorated with authentic western gear, including cowboy hat, spurs, lantern and unique, authentic camel saddle for a foot stool! High top wooden table seats 4. Fully furnished kitchen. Cozy Jacuzzi bathtub. Bedroom has custom bed décor on a high turquoise Mission bed with flat screen TV in bedroom. The bed is a beautiful and comfortable but sit high off the floor. Perfect place for romance, relaxation, and rejuvenation and is ideal for an extended visit for 2 but accommodates 3. Adjacent to Suite 4 & perfect for 2 couples or family to stay together.
Conveniently located for activities and festivals in Fredericksburg but also central to other Hill Counrty events, such as hiking, cycling, horse racing, car shows and more! We do not offer breakfast on premise. Instead, we follow the current practices of most BnB's in Fredericksburg and provide coffee, tea, water and snacks (including breakfast pasteries) in each suite.

I loved the location and property. It's definitely a nice place to stay with a group of friends if each of them could get the other suites. It's quiet and safe. Ted was very well on communication and checking in throughout the stay. The stay was comfortable and I would definitely book again. I can't comment much in the vineyards as I didn’t go to any. I went to State Parks nearby for hiking and scenic views. I also went to Main street which is ALWAYS a must! I would recommend staying here if you're planning to stay a few days!

My husband and I came to Fredericksburg for a short stay to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. The bed was comfortable, and the small unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only thing we would like for it to have been ideal is a corner floor lamp, or better ambient light. We are both readers, and the lighting in the living room was not conducive to that. But fine overall.

It was the perfect size, very clean, a 2 min drive from the main hub on Main st and 10-15 mins from wineries. It was a wonderful experience 🙂 The hosts are lovely, quick to respond and very friendly

Cute Cottage

Perfect, quiet little place to relax when rest was needed but close enough to the action of downtown Fredericksburg. House had everything and then some with little touches of snacks and coffee. Would recommend and stay again!

Mother/Daughter Trip

Stayed here on a mother daughter trip with my 11 year old. The place had a great Texas theme for decorations, loved the location, we really enjoyed the double rocking chair on the porch. The entance was hard to find since we arrived when it was dark. It was nice that there was parking close to each place, made loading and unloading super easy.

This was a perfect place to stay. It was close to 290, so we could easily head into Fredricksburg or out to the vineyards. It was quiet with off the street parking. We will stay again.

Stayed the night for my wife’s birthday. Fredericksburg is our favorite place to visit, and this is now our favorite place to stay there! So close to everything while being tucked away off of Main Street just enough to get the outdoorsy cabin vibes as well. Thanks to the gracious hosts, Ted and Leah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We will be booking with them again very soon!
