"We used 5 of Jeremey’s Higgins Lake cabins and They exceeded our expectations! They are clean, updated and had everything we needed for our family weekend stay. The short stroll to the lake was such a bonus. We watched a gorgeous sunrise. All together the communication with him was prompt and he was happy to answer any & all questions through the process. The house is well taken care of and beautifully taken care of with updated appliances and peaceful neighbors as well. "We went up north for a little getaway. Used the cottage as a home base to do local activities. We were a group of 2 families and we had 5 kids with us. The loft area was perfect for them. The Kids: 12-16 y.o. all enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. Need to bring your own towels to the pool. We would stay here again in the future."

"Our family had a great long weekend at this cute cabin! The cabin has everything we needed, a nice sized yard for kids playing and campfires, and you can walk to the lake. The area is quiet, relaxing and all around a great time. We hope to come back again!"

"We were traveling for the weekend for mini girls trip. The cottage is cozy and secluded. We loved the hot tub and taking a walk around the lake. It was a very peaceful place to spend some quality time."

"Cute cabin, my nieces enjoyed the loft area. I just don't understand why they charge a large cleaning fee then ask the guests to wash & put away all dishes, round up all the towels and put them in the tub and strip the beds & pillows. Taking out the trash and cleaning your items from the refrigerator I get, but not the other stuff...unless you cut down the cleaning fee!"

"We loved our stay at this cottage. The owner was helpful and punctual answering any questions we had. The cottage was clean, well furnished with necessities and all the comforts of home and stocked with things to relax with. Games, book, puzzles, bonfire pit, we loved every minute. Short walk or bike ride to Sam o Set park, kids rode their bikes there (with us) and played on playground, swam, caught minnows. We even got to catch a sun set or two. We truly enjoyed our week together as a family...

"Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, maybe a light by front door that doesn't attract the bugs, other than that the place was just what we needed, wanted and it was as described."

"Every thing was great except for the beds. The top bunk was so close to the ceiling that nobody could get into it. The full size bed mattress was extremely unsupported. Sleeping was not ideal."

"The location is okay but we were mostly coming to get into the water and go canoeing which we were told there were canoes and kayaks on site and a place to drop in. That is correct however they did not mention the extremely steep incline hill of mud and roots to get into and out of the water and the length of the incline which is absolutely not doable so basically the ploy to get us on site and booked dropped many stars for our family. If I were to just rate the house that was a 4."
