Front desk staff were pleasant and as helpful as possible. Stayed at the 'Gecko' units. Difficult to find despite directions from staff and a map... Met another couple up there who were having issues finding their lodging as well. Bed had a couple of small frayed holes in the bottom sheet. Mini fridge was noisy. Restaurant was largely empty when I arrived just after opening time, (only one other couple present), hostess put me in a table that stared right down the entry hallway and I had to tell her I would move to another table. Did not attempt to up sell me with entree's or a drink and provided water about the same time I was finishing my meal.

Beautiful place to stay. The Gecko Cottages were amazing and a real treat on our road trip. The spa was a nice touch too. Bit hard to walk around at night though due to no security- which made going to the onsite bar late by myself a no-go (i did ring and ask). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
