"The indoor pool was closed and we were not notified ahead of time. I brought my kids and we specifically chose that hotel for the indoor pool. Also the fire alarm randomly went off in the evening for a few seconds and we were never notified why or if there was a problem. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. "

"Got there and told us the The room we reserved was overbooked; they gave us a small room and we are all tall people. Had to get and pay for an extra room because we didnt fit. They told me it was a "system" mistake and ended up having to pay for their system's flaw...Not fair. Rooms are VERY dark, only one lamp working. "

"Hollie was extermely responsive and very welcoming. The place was very nice. The home contained a lot of "little things" that made it nice, especially if you were a family and planning to cook there. Cooper (the dog next door) was a bonus. My wife and I are dog people so we appreciated Cooper's visit."

The kitchen was accommodating and we had a lot of fun in the theater and game room. There were a limited number of towels, and we had wished there was more of that and better "mood" lighting in the living room. Thank you for having us!"
