Step inside to find a bright and airy open-concept living area, featuring large windows that frame the picturesque scenery and fill the space with natural light. The cozy living room invites you to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area provide an ideal setting for family meals or entertaining friends.

Both spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, with plush bedding and ample storage. The two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, perfect for accommodating family and guests.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious deck that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets while taking in the serene views of the lake. The large fully-fenced (pet-friendly) yard leads directly to the water, offering easy access for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. Bring your boat or fish from your private boat house and dock! We have 2 private boat ramps for you to use in the neighborhood. (Key to unlock the gate is on the key rack). Please always place back on the key rack. It is $100 to replace.

Great place to fish! The lake is beautiful, and the deck is perfect for relaxing. The house was comfortable and big enough for our mini reunion. The boys loved the pac-man arcade game. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Relaxing getaway

The house was great and updated. Everything was very clean and ready when we showed up. The back porch was the best place to hang out in the mornings and at sunset. We really enjoyed the fenced in yard and boat dock.

Beautiful Lake House

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in Tyler. We brought them to the lake to enjoy the views, and enjoyed nice weather on the back deck. I would love to come back when we could enjoy the water.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house for the weekend! The property was spotless and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle for a little bit!

Close to pine cove

We stayed here in order to visit our daughter who is working at pine cove for the summer. It was the perfect spot to relax and catch up with her. The kitchen was perfect for making some home cooked meals and the washer and dryer were sized beautifully for doing laundry. The view from tue living room was beautiful and we enjoyed the gorgeous deck.

Beautiful Lakeside Getaway

Loved this house! Gorgeous sunset views of the lake and very cozy, clean home. House had everything I needed and all of the furniture was so comfy. Fenced in yard is great if you have a pup. Highly recommend for a relaxing visit close to Tyler.

Perfect weekend retreat location!!

I spent the weekend at the lake house, and it was perfect! The space is clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of Lake Palestine. I had everything I needed for a weekend away from home, and the host was a great communicator. Amenities and access were better than expected—I would absolutely stay here again and bring my friends/family with me!

Relaxing Christmas Getaway

The homeowners have done well with this cute little place. It's very homey and has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for the family. It rained most of the time we were there, but there's a cozy electric fireplace and the owners even put some tasteful Christmas decor and a lighted tree. Lovely home, with a beautiful view!

Lakefront Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Host was very attentive with responses. This house has everything you need for a lakefront getaway! House was very clean, bed was comfortable and neighborhood is very quiet. Lots of entertainment available with games, fire pit, fishing/boat dock, and comfortable deck furniture.

Lake Palestine charmer

A delightful property. Clean, efficient and charming. Lovely kitchen, living room and dining area with expansive views of lake Palestine. Quiet and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Large fenced yard provides plenty of secure space for outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this property.

IT WAS GOOD , THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS RUN DOWN, COULD NOT WALK THE DOG AS OTHER DOGS CHASED US.WE WERE SUPRISED THAT THERE WAS NOT A TOSTER OR TOSTER OVEN IN THE HOUSE, BUT OVERALL , ITS A NICE CLEAN PROPERTY.BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE.

House was clean and the view of the lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed the sunrises every morning. We brought our bass boat, so it was really handy having a boat dock to keep it at. We couldn’t figure out how to unlock the garage, so we couldn’t use that. We just wanted to store our boat cover inside, and couldn’t find any instructions for that. I could have messaged the owner, as they were very responsive with other questions, but I decided not to bother. The WiFi was great, and our overall stay was great!

What a lovely home.

Very welcoming. Stacey & Jason have done a great job updating and so much of the home feels new - wonderful. Great peaceful setting on the lake. So much fun to relax on the deck, watch the water ripple along. Also fun to watch the ducks wade, fly and glide back onto the water. It’s spring and the weather keeps changing, as you’d expect. We’ve had sun and overcast and just a touch of light rain. All that, we enjoyed at this nice lake retreat. Hope your stay is wonderful, too.

This is a wonderful place to vacation! It is peaceful and quiet. There are 2 huge windows in the living//dining/kitchen area that provides breath taking views of the lake! Everything that you would need is provided and the home is immaculately clean. The yard had just been mowed which is not always available at other rentals! Thanks so much for sharing your home.
