"HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights but we checked out after 1st night and found MUCH better hotel for almost same price. People hanging out drinking beer and talking with front desk clerk when we checked out. The front desk lady was not willing to listen/resolve our situation when we checked out and we left extremely frustrated….I’m sure we’ll never be refunded for the 2nd night."
