The living area/kitchen was very roomy for getting together and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, utensils, etc."

Despite the rural feeling, the home is very close to everything including the growing downtown Bryan. The layout is great. The downstairs bedroom and bath was perfect for my mom.
