"Breakfast was good but when i got back from hotel there was no where to park"

"Check-in was slow even though no one else was checking ... one staff member ignored my wife; second one helped, but failed to give her a parking pass. (No one towed her car.) Cleaning staff entered the room on checkout day without knocking first. Hotel ran out of K Cups ... but could've fixed that with a trip to a grocery store. The TV guide system is terrible, bring your own or stay at a different hotel. The HVAC fluctuated between extremely loud to cool & off ... waking us up. By far, worst Hilton experience ever."

"Easily the best hotel stay we’ve experienced. The staff were so welcoming, the bar and restaurant were excellent and all of the accommodations exceeded expectations. For families, the suite with a bunk bed is perfect. We didn’t get to eat breakfast, but that along with the complimentary reception on the weekends surprised us."

"The room was clean and comfortable; however, I would NOT recommend this motel to other travelers. The shuttle service was poor. I was told they would arrive at the airport to pick me up in ten minutes. I called two more times before they finally arrived after 30 minutes. The hallway rug was stained and needed to be stretched. The toilet was low —not a necessity but an inconvenience. The shower head was very outdated and can so easily be replaced. My primary complaint is a lack of a grab bar in the bathtub/shower. I am 77 years old and that could be very hazardous. When I (carefully) emerged from the shower, I discovered there was no hairdryer. I immediately sent a text requesting one ASAP—but no response. I called Guest Services and was told it would take some time to locate one. I came to breakfast with wet hair and asked again at the front desk. After three attempts I finally obtained a hair dryer. The breakfast area had a sun room which could have been lovely but several windows were covered in mold and “begging” to be washed. I spent two nights here but would not stay again. "

"I got there late at night the lady at the front desk was super sweet and kind and very helpful, the room was very nice and check out the lady was super nice as well I really enjoyed it I would stay again "

"Only stayed one night. Really like this property. Perfect stay if you have an event at the Lenovo Center - it is super close. The staff was friendly. The only issue was, I found several hairs in the shower and also in the washcloths. Parking was easy and the complementary breakfast was good."

"Our room didn't get cleaned or restocked in our two nights there. Rooms definitely showing their age. Room never quite got as cool as it should. Pool was decent and breakfast was good. Overall decent value for the money but could use some work on conditions and staff."

"I don't stay at a lot of American hotels, but I assume this is typical of the experience. Having said that, I had no complaints: big, clean room, friendly staff, pleasant, efficient airport shuttle. I counted, and for some reason the room offered 20(!) electrical outlets. Very pleasant stay!"
