"I had high hopes for this property, but the experience was disappointing. Before check-in, I was required to either pay an extra fee or allow a large hold on my credit card, which was frustrating. I accepted the hold, which I am still working to confirm was released. At check-in, I was first given the wrong lock code, though the property manager corrected it quickly. The unit itself looked modern and spacious, but there was an odor from a dirty fridge and open food. We soon noticed flies throughout the unit—more than 10 in one evening. Management addressed the issue, but the treatment left the kitchen floor slippery, causing my elderly father to slip, though thankfully he was not injured. We had chosen this unit for the washer/dryer, but the washer was broken and no attempt was made to repair it, which forced us to use a laundromat. I stayed in regular contact with the property manager and gave them opportunities to address these concerns, but communication stopped after we checked out."

"Condo is in a very quiet and safe location. Very new and modern, located on the first floor. Managers are very quick to communicate.Plenty of parking available, although you are limited to two spots for your visit.I will definitely stay here again."

"Everything about this stay was amazing - I truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The home had everything we needed, so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to go out yesterday. It was the perfect space for my family, with guests ranging in age from 1 to 71. Super spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. We’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"We had a large group of family members stay here for my son’s college graduation. The house is very conveniently located to Duke campus. The house was very well stocked and very clean and the host was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.! "

"This was a very nice house and received 'high five' comments when all guest arrived appreciating the space and games. Only down side - sofa in movie room and BR closet smelled of pet urine. The host was marvelous and work with our group to accommodate certain requests."
