The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The roads around the hotel were closed for a triathlon event when I checked out. They helped to take my luggage to a taxi several blocks away. They made my stay really enjoyable.

An exceptional stay at the JW Marriott Frankfurt! The staff was absolutely top-tier—warm, attentive, and committed to making every aspect of our visit memorable. I traveled with my two daughters, and the team was incredibly kind, patient, and caring with them, which made our stay even more special. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore everything Frankfurt has to offer. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

After reading countless reviews about where to stay in Frankfurt, I was lucky enough to choose the JW for the first part of the trip. The reviews here don’t do justice of how perfect this hotel was. From the high tech room with panoramic views of the city to the extra comfortable mattress and best Hotel gym I’ve ever been, this is the only place to be in Frankfurt. The location is simply the best , right on the heart of everything including shopping , markets etc. The staff was excellent and in case you’re still comparing to the competitors 5 stars make no mistake , you won’t regret .
