OK, aber einiges verbesserungswürdig.

Ein "Bitte nicht stören" Schild gab es nicht und so klopfte jeden morgen viel zu früh das Housekeeping. Einrichtung abgenutzt.

La cosa migliore è la posizione. Veramente in pieno centro. Poi il personale, gentile ed accogliente. La camera invece era mediocre, appena sufficiente considerando che per essere il centro di Francoforte ho pagato un buon prezzo.

위치는 정말 좋은데 그 외 호텔에서 제공하는 서비스면에서는 별로 였어요 무료 생수 제공도 없고 칫솔은 달라고 해야 주고 슬리퍼는 아예 없었습니다. 조식 종류도 매우 적었어요 직원들의 응대는 좋은 편이였어요 시설면에서 많이 부족한 것 같아요.

Nice boutique hotel in central Frankfurt

Nice boutique hotel right in the middle of Frankfurt city centre, just off the main shopping street Zeil. Was visiting Frankfurt for the Xmas markets which were within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Lovely, friiendly, welcoming staff. Great selection for breakfast, the room was very comfortable and a great shower. Be aware that smoking is permitted in the hotel and there is a small lounge off the dinig area where this is permitted. However, neither the dining room nor our room smelt of smoke.

Lovely little hotel in the main shopping area

Location was excellent, though we did have a hard time finding it in the dark and in the middle of the Christmas market. The staff was excellent, the rooms quite spacious, the breakfast was good and they even have cake, tea, and coffee in the afternoon.

Die Zimmer waren hell, sauber und mit einem Kleinen Schranknund Fernseher ausgestattet. Der Sanitärbereich war sauber und das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und bemüht! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und vital!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptwache und der Zeil ( Schopping Meile ). U-Bahn ist direkt vor dem Hotel . Für einen Wochenende Tripp , sehr gut. Gastronomie Bereiche , ohne Ende. Zur Alten Oper , geht man ganz gemütlich ca. 10. min.. Das einzige was mich gestört hat sind die Vorhänge. Das diese sehr alt sind und nicht richtig hängen . Sonst kann man diese Hotel sehr gut Empfehlen. Die Freundlichkeit im Hotel , sehr gut. Ich kann sagen , wenn ich noch mal hier in die Nähe hin muss dann komme ich hier wieder. Das eine oder andere musste hier noch verbessert werden

The property has great potential but needs some attention and maintenance to really make it an excellent property. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, although the towel warmer didn’t work and the shower had broken fixtures. We did appreciate the complimentary breakfast. Overall, a positive experience and would stay again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und stylish eingerichtet. Obwohl es erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert wurde, war nicht alles im besten Zustand: ein Haken war aus der Badezimmertür herausgebrochen, das Loch nur überstrichen; die Klinke der Badezimmertür fiel fast heraus; aus einer Steckdose ragten Kabel heraus.
