Very well situated hotel in the heart of the city, clean rooms and a vey nice fitness center. Easy to access by car and subway and parking (not free) within a few short steps from the hotel. Pleasant stay!
The hotel was great. We were visiting family in Bad Vilbel. Location was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and air conditioning was very cold. It was very hot when we were there over 100 degrees . The hotel was very cool at all times.
This hotel was fantastic. Great location in the heart of Bad Vilbel, with quick access to downtown Frankfurt in less than 1/2 hour. The parking, although an extra cost was very convenient. The service was exceptional from all that we interacted with. The bar was a nice spot to have an evening drink before bed. I highly recommend and will be back
Great team, friendly. The rooms are very clean, all feels like new. Would stop next time.

Nice city hotel
Surprisingly pleasant experience. Hotel looked new. Good service, nice bar. Room was smallish but functional and clean. Unlike most German hotels they had AC. Yay! But like most German hotels, all they had was down covers which are great in the winter but super uncomfortable on hot summer nights. Wish they offered sheets as an alternative. Relatively cheap parking garage connected to the hotel plus metered parking (free over night) just across the (quiet) street. Will most certainly be back here for my next trip to Bad Vilbel!

Unexpected Challenges in a Planned Nostalgic Visit
Hotel's business plan does not appear senior-friendly. No phone or hotel guide in the room, no guardrails in the shower, which turns into an ice rink when a small amount of water layers its floor. Information is available only upon cybernetic exercises via the flat-screen TV and the remote. Also no mini-bar. Nice for thirty-somethings addicted to smart phones but not accommodating to seniors, who do not embrace the inconvenience of calling the front desk on their cellphones. Unfortunate since the staff were very courteous and the location ideal. Having lived in Bad Vilbel many years ago this visit was a homecoming one of sorts but seniors may have to look elsewhere.
Recently built, modern, clean hotel in good setting, close to magnificent new concert hall. Some sacrifices to ecofriendliness (or cost saving): no fridge, no water, no phone in room, staffing a bit thin and very informal.
It is very rare to stay in an absolutely brand new hotel, but it was quite nice. There is a parking garage attached for $18 a day. Everything was brand new and there is 24 hour reception in this small town. I would easily stay here again. The small city center is literally a 2 minute walk.
Danke!
