We were to stay one night and we arrived late at night. When we got to the room we discovered a double bed for me and my son. It was so late we just made the best of it but I can't see that I ordered a double room as I would never do that. There was only one pillow on the bed with one smaller pillow. The room was amazing it had a kitchenette which I did not order as well. The bathroom was Modern design and had lovely shower with a rainbow head as well as a handheld. There was a an espresso machine there that we did not use but it also never indicated what the flavors were of the different pods as they just had different color lids. It was complete with everything you would need but again we were just there for sleeping one night to catch playing the next morning. We were in between flights as a layover. The only other issue was that the soap dispenser was empty in the shower.

We were staying one night in order to catch a flight. The room was spacious, very clean and we would have been comfortable staying there for more days. In the morning taxis to the airport were right outside the front door. I would recommend this hotel.

Best West hotel in Germany Frankfort airport one of the best hotel in area, prices is risenable and it has kitchenette and and a lot of hotel and food stores are around I strongly recommend that totally for everyone

Great for a business trip
Only a short drive from the airport , ideal for overnight before or after a flight. Very pleasant staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast and restaurant on site.

Check in was difficult because they could not find my profile or Best Western account. I am a Diamond member but they made me fill out everything as if I was never at a Best Western. Now I have to call Best Western to make sure I get credit for the stay. Not very nice.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were very well kept. The bed was very comfortable! The restaurant was great! The server there was outstanding - Illias, i think. The location was perfect for airport, stadium, and it was only a short ride downtown.

i had made an error on the date, itvshould have been forvthe12th but i had erred and they had no available rooms, i asked the person at the counter to cancel and he said he did but it turns out i was charged for the night. My fault but he stated he would cancel the reservation and did not.

Definitely this Best Western is on a different level than the one in the United States..it exceeded all my expectation especially once you get into the restaurant in the hotel the food and the staff are amazing.

They charged me for the room after i had already paid through Expedia and when i went back and showed them the receipt they argued so had to get a manager who rectified it and finally refunded my cc. It's like they had never had a 3rd party booking before. They said they hadn't gotten paid by expedia but that was not my problem. Probably won't use expedia any more either.

Auto check in at this hotel is despicable. Despite informing in advance that I would arrive by 1pm, the message apparently didnt reach the staff. I was asked to wait for over an hour at the lobby. All details in response to an Auto check in mailer had been shared in advance, yet reception staff again asked me to manually fill in all the details at the kiosk. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel due to my frequent travel to Frankfurt, but I will avert this hotel in future

They made us pay 50 Euros for early check in and then put us in a uncleared room with no air conditioning. They said they would send someone to fix the problem and never did. When we went to complain we were told we were not aloud to complain and if we continued they would call the police to have us removed in the middle of the night! Front desk told us to that we were morons and to mind our own business!

When checking in, my wife and I were greeted by a lady named Ann who had no idea of how to do her job. After wasting a half hour with her, we told her that we were going to eat breakfast before it closed. For our entire stay, she did nothing but waste our time. The rest of the staff was not much better. The location is great. The staff is not what we expect of Best Western Hotels.
