The hotel is known to us and we picked it due to its location near the highway and very good connection to the city. It was nice and friendly. The cleaniness of the bathroom was not the best we have seen before but it was acceptable.

Everything was fine except fire alarm going off and some jokesters thought it would be fun to push every floor before exiting elevator. Staff was good and breakfast was ok. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.

Nice stay in Frankfurt

Stayed in family room. Just like the picture, small room with bunk beds. Kids liked the bunk beds though. The hotel is located in quieter part of time, and is much safer than notorious Frankfurt Central Station. There's tram and subway close-by to the city center so location is quite good. Also nice restaurants near the hotel. Staffs were kind and very efficient with there jobs. Breakfast was better than most of the hotels we stayed in Germany, would recommend it. Over all, above average stay. Wound recommend.

Smelly, dirty and moldy

Very disappointing..the Hotel itself is nice but the room was terrible. The room smelled bad when we entered, there was hair in the bed and in the shower. Also the shower was moldy and outdated. The breakfast however was good as well as the overall service.

very economic hotel very close to public transport

A very economical, clean and efficient hotel for short stays (cause the rooms are small there is no other reason), very close to U Bahn and in max 10 minutes you are in the center of Frankfurt, thanks for your hospitality PS: for using parking space please arrange a reservation system for the guests that want to use it by giving the necessary number password in advance, it is not suitable to wait in front of the parking place, get into the hotel, take the necessary number and then entering the parking place, also blocking the bicycle way, during reservation this number can be obtained without creating disturbance, just an advice

Dirty carpet

The room is a standard looking one but the carpet was so dirty that messed up all our socks. Had to get them to come clean the room after our 2nd night. Tea cups were left in the room but no tea to put in it except you pay for breakfast which is 10euro per adult. One of the receptionist told me "we are bed & breakfast". Not very helpful
