"Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on Expedia. Other than that, everything was great."

"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking "
