"Great hotel but elevator was a long wait each time you used it."

"Brd was terrible. Silverware in drawer were dirty. Didn't know the we were required to unload dishwasher before we used any utensils. Thought that was housekeeping job. We have stayed here before 2020 and things were great. That's why we choose this hotel again but not anymore "

"Very nice location, getting to the property is a tricky, (suggestion for early riders - if you are driving towards the property from DC side, you may drive straight keeping the property on your left, till the next signal then take a right and drive a bit ahead, till maps reroute you to the property via a proper route keeping the property on the right for a easy entry) was expecting at least an electric kettle option."

"Our stay at the Best Western was okay, but it didn’t feel worth the price compared to other hotels on our trip. When we arrived, the outside smelled strongly like rotten fish because of a blossoming tree, which wasn’t a great first impression. The room was clean but dated, with scuffed walls and some peeling paint, and the breakfast was mediocre. Checkout was handled through a virtual attendant on a screen, which caused long wait times. Considering this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at (almost $200 a night), it was disappointing, especially since the cheapest hotel on our trip ($60/night) offered much better breakfast and customer service. The pool was also closed during our stay so amenities were lacking. "

"Would not recommend staying there. Front desk people not pleasant except for the lady. The rest very un helpful. . Room condition bad. Sprinkler leaked on bed. Had to sleep with towels covering wet mattress area. Breakfast unsatisfactory. Surprised at the conditions. Have traveled all over- this was worst experience. "
