"Perfect location. We arrived by car and rolled luggage downhill to the cross street (narrow alleyway.) From there just a brief uphill to property. Had a view of the square and the sea. Very close to train tunnel and restaurants/shops. Office staff were very helpful. Offers resident pass for anytime travel either direction on Via Dell'Amore. Discounted CT card."

"This is a fantastic property to stay at and cover all the villages. The owner was incredibly helpful and was on top of everything, with respect to the communication and how impeccable everything was."

"Efficient and friendly staff. Daria was fantastic and very helpful!"

"This room is very comfortable and modern with an amazing ocean view of Manarola and the Ligurian sea. The balcony provided an extremely enjoyable experience for viewing the Cinque Terre coast. Would definitely recommend for anyone that isn’t adverse to climbing long stairways and steep sidewalks - but that’s the basic nature of CT anyway. The only negative was the inability to check in a little early because we arrived in a downpour. But otherwise a great home base from which to enjoy the charm...

"The room was super nice and it had a balcony attached to the room. The amenities were amazing as there was tea, biscuits, towels were provided, and body wash and shampoo (and some more). The terrace at the top was very cute to just sit there during the day. I would recommend this place and would book it again when I’m back in the area."

"Good location, easy to find, good breakfast, nice staff, nice welcoming, clean and tidy"

"Loved our stay, very close to the train station and grocery stores. Convenient for travel to Cinque Terre.,"

"Cute room, great location, and the woman in charge was very helpful! We had a wonderful experience!"

"Super séjour aux Cinque Terre, l'appartement se trouve à 12 minutes environ de la gare de La Spezia, départ en train vers les 5 terres. L'appartement est dans un village typique, calme et avec une terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! Le petit déjeuner est posé devant notre porte à l'heure demandée. Le proprietaire a été trés réactif à toutes mes demandes, via whattsapp. Toutes mes questions ont eu des réponses, merci à lui. Je pense revenir pour découvrir encore cette magnifique région."

"The owner was very accommodating as I booked this room last minute. He came to meet me and let me in and help me carry my bags. It was a perfect stay right in the middle of town. I would definitely stay here again."
