Minha estadia foi razoável, a pousada é num lugar calmo, bom atendimento a senhora que cuida do café da manhã bem atenciosa, lugar limpo, café da manhã bom, a única coisa que não gostei e bem mais importante foi o quarto, era minúsculo, cama não era boa os travesseiros muito ruim. O banheiro mal cabia uma pessoa.

Foi decepcionante. Reservamos um local e fomos encaminhados para outro. No novo local não havia local para estacionar, ar condicionado barulhento, chuveiro sem água suficiente, caso sanitário solto, roupa de cama suja, sem acessibilidade. Por fim, sinto que fui enganado, paguei por um serviço e recebi por outro.

Barulhento e apertado. Ruim.

Quarto não condiz em nada com as fotos. Muito apertado, com muito barulho à noite. O projeto do hotel parece não ter qualquer cuidado acústico, pois ouve-se ruídos vindos do corredor e o barulho do ar condicionado do quarto ao lado (!!!). A Pâmela front-desk foi muito atenciosa em ouvir nossas reclamações, mas obviamente não conseguia resolver o problema. Tivemos uma péssima noite de sono. O café da manhã é ok mas mais uma vez o trabalho da copa acontece em pleno buffet e o barulho de louças batendo é enorme, impossível ficar no salão.

Os funcionários são muito preocupados com o bem estar do hóspede. Quarto muito limpo. Cama confortável. Só o café da manhã na minha opinião é razoavel, não conseguiria tomar todo dia, no 4° já não queria comer mais.

On the positive side, great staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, safe parking. Unfortunately, some cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bedroom is really tiny. Some good restaurants in proximity, but city center is a 15-20 minutes' walk away. Still a reasonable option for one or two nights.
