Hotel bem simples, quando chegamos no hotel o banheiro estava entupido e o frigobar não funcionava. Choveu dentro do quarto. As toalhas eram fedidas, o pessoal que serve o café da manhã, mal humorado e não sabiam tratar os clientes. A piscina não tinha condições de uso.

Pontos a melhorar: Um frigobar ajudaria bastante e ouvi valores da diária bem distintos do que paguei quando futuros hospedes foram cotar pessoalmente durante minha estadia. No quarta poderia ter um ventilador móvel como opção pois algumas pessoas não se dão bem com ar condicionado durante o leito. Houveram dês do primeiro dia contato com formigas grandes e vermelhas na parte do banheiro sem a influencia de resíduos de comida.

O preço é bom, de modo que, atrai a interesse das pessoas. Mais para um empreendedor cativar realmente seus clientes, faz-se necessário algumas coisas de suma importância: a manutenção do hotel, a limpeza, o bom atendimento são alguns exemplos. O quarto não tinha frigobar, não estava 100% limpo (tinha teia de aranhas), o banheiro não tinha box. O hotel, em si, precisa de uma manutenção externa. O atendimento do café da manhã foi péssimo, para não dizer assustador. A pessoa que atendia o café, era muito mal humorada e fazia as coisas com má vontade. Enfim, no momento, foi o que eu tinha condições de pagar. Porém, se for para recomendar ou retornar, eu não indico e não retorno. Sinto muito. Por melhor que seja o preço, alguns itens são essenciais para conquistar um cliente.
