"We had a fabulous stay, the only niggles we had were the coffee provided is coffee bags and weak at best, and there were little options for someone with lactose intolerance, however that said this didn’t dampen our stay. The room was amazing, cute and cosy, the members of staff that we interacted with were all friendly, the two young male staff members were very attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome indeed "

"Great breakfast and evening meal, however breakfast on our last day was very dissapointing, overcooked eggs and clearly a different chef from the previous day. The hotel states light cleaning is carried out during your stay but our bed wasnt made and the dirty cups not cleaned. We found this very dissapointing, the only thing the housekeeping did was empty the bin and refill the tea bags, we would of much preferred the bed making. "Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
