The rooms were clean. Our party was bigger (8 people) and we thought that "two doubles" meant two queen beds. We were mistaken. The beds are only full size, so we had to reserve another room to fit everyone comfortably. Luckily, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and was able to give us a discount for the third room. You should be aware though, they only do full size beds in all their hotels, according to what the employee told us.

The Manager Mia was great at getting everything straightened out for me when an inexperienced staff person couldn’t perform the check-in. I truly appreciate her and the Valer staff was also very helpful and performed great.

There is a train that goes by all night long. Get ear plugs. Upgrade the room otherwise you’ll be in a tiny space. The larger rooms are lovely and worth it, but the tiny rooms are uncomfortable.

The only drawback for us was - there were no restaurants very close to the property… but it was clean… out shuttle driver was early and ready to go when we needed to go to the airport. We did not get breakfast because of our flight time was earlier than breakfast….

The hotel was very clean, and the room was extremely comfortable. The staff truly stood out—everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was also very good. We look forward to staying here every time we visit Seattle.
