Restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast but there was a pub for an evening meal and breakfast available across the road so all very convenient. Lovely clean and comfortable room.

Very old. Charming in some ways and not so much in others. For Fox Glacier, it was probably the best choice as the restaurant was good and the beer was cold at the bar. Its been awhile since weve seen a place with radiators for heat.

It was all good except we weren't advised on checking in that breakfast finished at 9 a.m. the next morning. We got a call at 8.30 the next morning to advise us of this. Consequently it was a bit of a rush to get there in time.

Hotel is really conveniently located, especially if you want to go for the heli hikes or rides the next day. Room itself is just average though. Can do with more hooks for clothes and maybe a microwave.
