Stay in our luxury garden suite, a summerhouse annexe, located inside the grounds of a converted Victorian school. The property sits on the top of the Fowey hillside, serving up incredible views from lush tropical gardens.

Our self-contained annexe in 'The Old School Studios' is perfect for your Cornwall holiday. It’s a cosy, bright space suitable for families, couples, or business trips.

The Space:

Inside our summerhouse Annexe, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower and bath facilities. For entertainment, there is a large TV with Netflix.

Our property faces out onto gorgeous gardens, with spaces for entertaining both inside and outside.

The harbour town is just 100m away.

Please note that other guests may be staying in the main house or flat. Please do not disturb them, and ensure your entire party is quiet after 10 pm.

We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorised parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.
