Bon séjour avec équipe sympathique repas corrects

Bon séjour, locaux propres, grande piscine, petits déjeuners corrects mais pas très variés. Dîners bons. Equipe sympathique. Le terrain de basket laisse à désirer et le terrain de tennis n'est plus utilisé ( plus de filet) car plus aux normes

très déçus

Appartement réservé avec 2 chambres, kitchenette et micro-ondes. a l'arrivée seulement 2 chambres sans kitchenette ni micro-ondes, gênant avec 2 enfants en bas âge. personnel a la réception assez froid, pas de solution sauf chauffer le biberon à la cafeteria et me louer un mini frigo (alors que c'était normalement inclus). Hotel.com a reconnu l'erreur et s'est fendu d'un avoir de 100€ bien qu'il s'agirait d'une mauvaise présentation de leur page. Azureva fournols j'attends encore un geste ou au moins une excuse... bref 4 jours matin, midi et soir au resto, ce qui n'était pas prévu.

Très bon séjour, malgré un @bug@ de départ. La chambre prévue n’était pas faite. La nouvelle chambre ne comportait pas de serviettes ni verres dans salle de bain. - ces désagréments ont été réglés rapidement.
