Property had no water for my entire stay. Staff seemed as you were bothering them with this issue. Staff is horrible.

Burst pipe led to water being switched off in the building. We were told matter would be resolved quickly. Terrible customer service. Waited over 3hrs queuing for reception who were not helpful or apologetic in the slightest. Hotel is not what you would expect from a Nobu hotel

The experience at the hotel was simply not good. Starting with check in the line was super long and one person was working the front desk at a super busy time. The room was a good size but outdated. It was not serviced once during a 3 day stay. We even had to request towels and when asked for a extra comforter they said they were limited on supplies. The next day getting information on the adult pool was a marathon around the entire hotel- which ended with no one having accurate information- telling us it was $50-100 to get in and it was free. At the pool the wait staff took more then 30 minutes to aak us if we needed something. Mind you there was 3 people at the pool. The front desk lady at the Tressor tower Elizabeth needs hospitality training, she doesnt have any information and acts like you are to be attending to her as a guest -- terrible attitude and no desire to be helpful. Same story at the pool on day 2. The ladies at the bar in the main lobby are horrible and not friendly at all- they were watching my son who is 23 as if he was going to steal something because he was charging his phone while waiting on a Uber for less then 10 minutes. Overall- the hotel staff doesnt want to be helpful and are mostly focused on themselves. We recently stayed at the property in Vegas which is why I booked this one and this was just a huge disappointment- they need to do better.
