Woken up several times on first night by nearby guests from a wedding, shouting aggressively at 4.30am. Quite scary. Second night slept really well, very quiet with no traffic noise. Well designed and convenient room

Conveniently located, on road intersection - not an issue for me. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room, although compact, had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Super clean with comfortable bed and good linens.

Overall motel was good. However room small no place to store or lay suitcases. Toilet was in a small room which required you if large person to open door to position on toilet then close the door. Breakfast was good and staff pleasant and helpful. Parking a little bit difficult and you may have to walk a distance. Walking distance to tourist areas.

A very nice hotel in the centre of Fougeres. The rooms have been modernised and ours was excellent. The breakfast, too, was very good indeed.

Booked as a stayover on fishing trip to Brittany. The town is lovely,the hotel and staff were lovely and there are several nice bars/restaurants within a short walk. There is a parking garage under the hotel too so if you have a van full of fishing gear,like us,your car or van can be parked securely. Not sure if you can book a parking space because there are only a few

The hotel ia right in the center ville with lots of history, places to see and fantastic shopping. We had the room to the street but on the 3rd floor, so t was perfect

My choice of hotel…but, extremely hot weather and no water offered. Unfortunately no air-conditioning but fan in the room. No lounge. Parking available as stated through Expedia booking, but not provided due to booking not made through Best Western.

It was nice stay, but our room was not cleaned while staying at the hotel . They said one have to hang on the door the sign to pleSe, clean my room if not they understand you don’t want your room to be cleaned. This is the first time I experience this. Breakfast limited options, just ok

The Hotel has no airconditioning, so you have to open the window at night. We had extremly loud live music in the pub across the street, so you couldn't sleep while the music was playing, aftewards a lot of traffic noise (motorcycles). The receptionist wasn't able to help, hotel was fully booked. Accdg to his word all room are to the street. This is no place to sleep at night! All the other criteria were ok, but if you can't sleep, that doesn't level it.

Good for the overnight stay. Good for the value. Staffs are highly professional and friendly. Few things worth to be noticed by the management are: 1) As soon as you enter into the lobby (seating area before going to the stairs), the entire lobby floor has strong bad smell from the toilet. That had made bad impression and unpleasant feeling every time when you in and out. 2) Room floor needs some deep cleaning. 3) Lobby and main entrance area need to maintain minimum lightings after sunset, even the electricity saving rule may taking place. 4) Hairdryer main body case and holder base were both fallen apart, the handle was very sticky. Needs more housekeeping attention. It could be dangerous for the guest as well.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de Fougères. L’accueil y est à la fois professionnel et chaleureux. L’établissement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres sont très confortables, et un parking est mis à disposition des clients. Je ne peux que le recommander.

Bravo à toute l’équipe ! Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant. Le seul bémol : le parking, qui est public et situé à environ 200 mètres de l’hôtel.
