Nous avons passé une quinzaine excellente dans cette maison, qui répond en tous points au descriptif. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée et suffisamment vaste pour 7 à 8 personnes. Le jardin est très agréable, avec terrasse et mobilier extérieur. La grande plage de Cap Coz est effectivement à 150m, de même que l'Ecole de voile pour les juniors. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, comme au départ. A signaler la très grande réactivité du propriétaire après une panne de lave-vaisselle : l'appareil a été immédiatement remplacé par un neuf, installé en moins de 24h!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!Das Haus ist groß genug für 8 erwachsene Personen. Es gibt einen Garten vor und einen hinterm Haus. Die Zimmer sind gut, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist großartig. Man kann Barfuß zum Strand gehen!Wir überlegen wiederzukommen!

Nous avons tout apprécié ! L'accueil, l'emplacement proche de la plage, la grande maison avec toutes ses commodités, le jardin et son mobilier permettant de prendre les repas en extérieur ou se détendre au milieu des palmiers et des orthensias !Grands parents et petits enfants de 11 à 16 ans, tout le monde est enchanté et prêt à revenir pour un prochain séjour !

Séjour agréable dans cette maison située dans un quartier très calme mais un peu trop vieillissante quand même ... chambre en rdc froide, humide et mobilier peu confortable côté salon ... Beau jardin mais trop de pommes (non comestibles malheureusement ..), fraîchement tombées des 2 pommiers qui avaient déjà pourries au sol : au prix de la location ... un ménage sous les pommiers aurait dû être fait avant l'arrivée des locataires ! Maison très bien située, à 2mns à pied de la longue plage de Cap Coz mais malheureusement, celle-ci est sale, pas nettoyée .. algues sur la plage et dans l'eau qui la rende peu attrayante (eau jaunâtre) et comble de la malchance ? des centaines de congres se sont échoués ... non ramassés par la commune .. odeur .. !!!! La baignade côté Douarnenez a d'ailleurs été interdite .. mais rien côté Cap Coz ... Nous avons donc opté pour les très jolies criques sur le GR34 vers Beig Mel (1/2h à pied). Au prix de la location quelques points à revoir : - 1 jeu de clef seulement, portail et porte d'entrée ?? : jeux supplémentaires à prévoir pour que chacun soit libre dans son planning ! - cafetière Nespresso qui fuit ... - petite bouilloire pour 2 personnes ... - enfin, des vélos à disposition serait un vrai plus ;)

Très belle maison, très bien située à 2 minutes de la plage à pied, à côté de l’école nautique. La maison est de plus très bien équipée, ce qui est très agréable ! Et la personne qui nous a accueilli est vraiment très sympathique !

Excellente maison+jardin et emplacement au top

la maison est très bien située et est d'accès facile. elle est grande et bien équipée le jardin est top avec plusieurs possibilités de table et d'espaces ombragés ou au soleil
