Step through the door and let yourself be seduced by a large living room of 50 m² open to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Airfryer and Pierrade) allows you to cook as if at home. For breakfast, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine are at your disposal. Enjoy the large table for 8 people inside or sit on the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, meet in one of the two lounges: one cosy on the ground floor, the other upstairs with library, table football, sofas and television.



The floor includes 4 bedrooms. Three are equipped with double beds (140x190 cm) with storage, one of which has a television. The fourth, smaller one, is perfect for two children with its single beds (80x190 cm).



Two bathrooms with shower are available (one on each floor), as well as two separate toilets for added comfort.



A washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The courtyard can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and a closed garage allows bicycles or equipment to be stored safely.
