"We had a fantastic stay at Conestoga Ranch! We stayed with two adults and three children, and the wagon had plenty of space for all of us. Everything was very clean, and we were especially impressed with the number of bathrooms throughout the property. Even with a full resort, it was easy to shower and use the facilities without long waits. The fire pits were one of our favorite parts of the stay, and the fire pit valet service was such a fun and convenient touch. The on-site restaurant was delicious and made meals easy since it was just a short walk away. The location of the resort was also very convenient for exploring Bear Lake. Our kids loved the arcade. While a few of the games were out of order, they still had a great time. The only minor downside was that the wagon was a little warm when we first went to bed, but that’s understandable for July. It cooled down nicely overnight, and the fans provided in the wagons made a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Nice property. Nice home. A few things that could be better. Clock isn’t working. Dishwasher didn’t do a good job cleaning. Both of the back units on the stove didn’t work. They turned on but actually wouldn’t warm up enough to cook a pancake. There is a high pitched whine that my younger kids can hear going on and off all the time. They think maybe it’s an an alarm at your property or the neighbors. Biggest improvement needs to be a screen door on the deck door. With no air con the open door there is critical for airflow and it cannot be left open at night because of the bugs. Loved all the access to the beach toys. The view was beautiful. The beach chairs were wonderful. If your house had one more bedroom it would be perfect for us. Thank you."

"House was very nice and host was easy to communicate with. Great for a large group. Many things to do at the house and around Garden City. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying Bear Lake!"

"The view of Bear Lake from the entire back side of this house is simply unparalleled! We enjoyed the space so much. We brought a family of 16 to stay for two nights after a full day of playing on the beach. We planned to spend a second day at the lake, but everyone was so content to remain at the house, we didn't make it down to the beach the next day.The owner, Tawni, was so responsive and kind. We appreciated how easy she was to contact and provide answers. Thank you, Tawni!We had very few complaints, but the house listing indicating there are "8 single beds in the room under the stairs" was a misleading way of saying there are eight foam mattresses stacked in a closet. I expected we had two kid rooms for the seven children we brought. The four bunk beds worked beautifully, but that left three kids who either had to bunk with parents on futons or on the livingroom floor on a mattress. Neither were very well received by the three youngest. :)There was a Roku box connected to the TV but there was NOT a Roku remote anywhere in the house. Luckily, the game room and the great backyard offered enough amusement, we didn't have to resort to plopping kids in front of the television while the adults played games.The house was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and pans, but not serving bowls. If you are bringing a crowd to this house, bring the bowls you'll need for salads, etc.My family would be thrilled if we could get this house again next summer!"

"Amazing host who communicates clearly and promptly! The house is absolutely amazing! We had a spectacular time celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and reunion here with my siblings and nieces and nephews! The views are breath taking!!! Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon!"
