"We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this VRBO. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish—clear, responsive, and very helpful. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the holiday feel extra special. The kitchen was very large and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and gather as a family. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna—it was the perfect way to unwind. This place was comfortable, festive, and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely stay here again."

"It was super fun we had our family that ranged from 84 to 7 months. It was great for everyone. The teens love the hot tub everyone loved the gym area. We went in the winter so the pool wasn't open but looked fun and the area is set up great. Can't say enough about how well we liked it. Micheal was very on top of things if we had any question. "

"We had an excellent stay for our family reunion here. It was easy to book, the hosts were very responsive with our questions, and we loved the location right in Garden City with lake access.The kitchen was great and had the things we needed for a few meals. We did bring some paper plates, but there were a lot of plates and a dishwasher that made it really convenient. There was also good fridge and freezer space upstairs and downstairs and a smaller fridge in the guesthouse.The bunkroom was awesome and was remodeled a bit so everything was nice. The family commented on how nice the decor was.The kayak and paddleboard was nice to have when playing in the water and there were a few life jackets and floaties for the little kids.The beds took a little planning, but we were able to make it work and everyone ended up happy.We would definitely stay here again!"
