"We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

The room was well equipped, spacious and cozy.
Luggage storage was provided after check out. (But need to request Locker PIN in advance)

There was no reception that we needed to contact hotel staff via Expedia chat box.
For the breakfast, limited choices and quantity of food were provided. If some hot food has been eaten by other guests who came earlier, there is no way to get it.
Price a bit too high bearing these points in mind.

"From the minute I was welcomed arriving at 1:30am to the minute I left, I felt that the customer service here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was great, the bed was ao comfortable, and the breakfast included was amazing - lots of vegan or vegetarian options. "I really loved my stay at the Lapland Bulevardi. It was clean, the staff was excellent, and that breakfast was incredible! The design was a good blend of modern luxuries with traditional nordic touches. They missed no detail of the alpine theme. It's in a great location in the city center, in easy walking distance to the market square, ferries, shopping, and the esplanade. Great stay!"
