Strone Farm House is situated on a working farm set on the upper banks of the Caledonian Canal, just 10 minutes’ drive north of Fort William.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating (on timer), electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Electric fire (on £1 coin meter, filled on arrival).. Large enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. Strone Farm House is situated on a working farm set on the upper banks of the Caledonian Canal, just 10 minutes’ drive north of Fort William. This traditional single-storey farmhouse is attached to owner’s property and has three spacious bedrooms, all en-suite. The large lounge looks out across the pretty gardens and enjoys beautiful views up the Great Glen, with the canal and the river Lochy in the foreground and awe-inspiring views of the north face of Ben Nevis acting as a dramatic backdrop. There is a separate dining room and well-equipped modern kitchen. The pretty gardens are secluded and for visitor’s sole use. Lawns, mature trees and shrubs and a solid wood picnic table make this an ideal spot to sit and admire the amazing views of the Nevis mountain range. Also, on a Saturday you can look forward to some home baking from the owner!

We loved our stay at Strone Farmhouse.
We loved our stay at Strone Farmhouse. It was more than adequate for our family of 4 and our dog and has amazing views.The cottage is lovely and well maintained and the home bakes were a lovely touch. We would definitely be back if we were in the area again!

Excellent location to explore the Highlands, the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a cosy and relaxing living-room. The hosts have made some delicious shortbread biscuits and chocolate cupcakes upon our arrival. I definitely recommend the cottage.

The house is with great view.
The house is with great view. Near the farm. Excellent place. Every room has own bathroom and toilet. We really enjoyed stay there. Will definitely recommend this house. Eileen was very helpful. Malcolm was very friendly too. Thank you for all.
