This beautiful 3,035 sq foot home is laid out perfectly for multi families to spread out.
Located on 100 feet of waterfront right on Cinco Bayou, Fort Walton Beach FL. 10 minutes to beautiful white sand beaches by car. About 15 minutes by boat to Crab Island.
This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and has space to sleep 10 people comfortably. It consists of two large living areas with large sectionals, so room for everyone.
A wet bar with a clear ice machine, wine fridge and beverage cooler are there for your use.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you’ll need to cook in. There is a dining area, kitchen table and counter stools. Plenty of seating for all.
The sunroom is our favorite morning coffee spot.
Enjoy the high end outdoor kitchen on a spacious back deck and take in the beautiful water views.
This desirable vacation home also includes a private deep-water dock which will make access to exciting water activities easy and convenient for your vacation.
There are a few steps in the house. 2-3 steps inside to access the bedrooms and 3 steps to access the wet bar.
At our property you are a mere 10 minutes from beautiful white sand beaches and only 20 minutes from Destin. This location is only a few minutes from many different restaurants, shops, and grocery stores enabling you to spend the majority of your vacation time the way you planned it, relaxing.

Spring Break

We stayed here for spring break with our college aged kids. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of seating. It is an easy drive to the beaches as well as many eating places. Wonderful hosts as well.

Cinco Bayou

This place was wonderful. The house had plenty of room with lots of windows facing the water. A wonderful place to relax. If a person wants something to do Destin is close by. We would definitely come here again.The owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

Lake Norman in the house

Wonderful property. Great view. Big house. Close to everything. Rented pontoon boat for 2 nights. Never made it to crab island due to some weather. We’ll definitely be coming back. A lot more to see.

Home away from home plus 10

Highly Highly Recommend. My Family and I loved this house. Large and Roomy for Everyone. Grilled steaks outside while watching outdoor patio large screen tv, watched dolphins surface several days in a row and even caught a few fish. Looking for crabs on the shore was also a huge bonus for the little one. Great location, not far from Walmart or the White Sand Beaches. Hoping to book again soon for another family vacation.

2023 Destin vacation

House & boat dock was perfect for our family of 8, especially the boat dock. We had easy access to our pontoon boat & 2 jet skis. Plenty of room for all 3. The only thing negative I have to say is the mattress on the pullout couch was pretty rough, mostly springs. Other than that it was by far the best location for us that we’ve rented in Fort Walton/Destin area. I definitely recommend this property & the host were great!

Just Perfect!

This beautiful home has everything you need for a relaxing weekend on beautiful Cinco Bayou! The hosts are as wonderful as the property, and the property is superb! We honestly would not change a thing about the place. The lot is gorgeous, the dock is large and inviting, the home is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with bayside living in mind, and the outdoor patio deck and outdoor kitchen are ideal for enjoying the view of Cinco Bayou day or night. The fire table just adds to the ambiance. We will certainly be coming back if the hosts will have us! A+++++!

Fantastic property

This was my first time booking a Vrbo. So I wasn't entirely sure what to expect but this house was amazing, clean, spacious. and the VIEW is amazing. We saw so many dolphins a turtle and a blue Herron. The owner responded right away when I reached out regarding a light issue. But it was only to make them aware. Highly recommend! if we happen to be in this area again for softball I will absolutely rent this house!

Excellent for stay with boat!

Our stay was excellent all the way around. Home was clean and in good condition. Standout was dock and back deck, could not ask for better. I hate to go from that to “issues,” because they do outweigh the good and would put in category of recommendations. Large TV in seating area near kitchen would not connect to streaming devices. The second, much bigger, was the number of security cameras everywhere. A bit of uneasiness, regardless of being on/monitored or not. But would stay again without second thought.

The host is very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities were great! The kitchen has all utensils, cookware, keurig, coffee pot, slow cooker. Has outside grill, family board games, etc. has smart tv’s a bar with fridge and ice maker, plenty of seating and sleep accommodations including 2 large air mattresses. Highly recommend!

This is an exceptional home. It was fabulous if you have a boat which is always hard to find dock space on VRBO. The communication with the owners was above average and always prompt. I can’t say enough great things about the space.

Great spot on the Bayou!

Great house on the water. We have stayed twice now and my family loves it. Kids fish on the dock and we can park the boat at the dock. House has everything a family needs for a fun vacation!
