Although the property was on the beach, the view was blocked by the sand dunes. There was an easy walkway to get to the water. The property listing says check in at 3pm, but you are not able to access the property until after 4pm due to a timed lock on the front door. That was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. The bedrooms were small, but overall the condo was clean, in a good location, and an easy walk to the water. Overall, it was about what I expected.

Great beach. Steps away from the water but a sand dune blocks ocean view from ground floor. Dogs welcome in condo but not on beach. Get a 2nd or 3rd story room for a beach view! Enjoyed our stay!! Loved the complimentary beach chair service.

Cute condo and not a big high rise!!!

The condo is so cute and I love how it’s not in a big high rise building with lots of stairs and no where to park or far from your car. The condo was clean and I liked how large the kitchen and sitting area was. The condo is on the first floor and does not have a view of the water but the walkway is right there. Had a fabulous time.

Beautiful beach area

Overall experience here was absolutely incredible 😁. The condo was bigger and better than i thought and had many upgrades. This place is quiet and in a small community. Vista Del Mar is a great pet friendly place. Kim, the Host, was great and the communication was wonderful. The only draw back was; I wished it was on the 2nd floor for the view. I will definitely return for another stay! 😁🏝️

Bday beach trip

First time in okaloosa island, we usually stay in miramar beach. This unit was perfect with the beach right outside the door and the bottom unit made it very convenient for our fur babies, however when walking my fur babies we discovered none of the surrounding complexes are pet friendly at all(you can't even walk them on a public street). We always travel with our fur babies as they are our children and did not plan to have to keep them inside due to unfriendly surrounding neighbors. The unit was very nice and spacious with all the amenities needed,however I don't think it would qualify as per friendly.
