Great place for kids

Grwat property in Fort Walton for kids. The room location is awesome, the parking deck is awesome, the beach access and pool areas are all awesome.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The weather was a little cool, so the heated pool was perfect for our almost 2 year old. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent property! The views of the Gulf were beautiful from the balcony and the kitchen was fully equipped for a lot more than we expected. Games for families were also available in the cabinet which were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Fall Family Vacation

The condo at Waterscape was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was clean and well maintained. The only negative was that there is very little storage space for food and supplies in the kitchen. Waterscape is a beautiful property and provides many activities for families to enjoy.

Perfect place for families

Perfect place for family with kids! There were lots of games and nothing out that my kids could get into and break. My only complaint is the burners wouldn’t work most of the time. The walk to the room was quite the trip back and forth from the garage, but perfect for the distance to the pool and beach! We loved the oversized showers and the view from the room! 9.5/10!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Awesome pools for the kids. Very close to the beach - it’s an easy stroll there. Ocean view. Very clean and nice sturdy furniture. Nice big bathrooms!Only a couple things that I did not like about this rental- no beach towels. We are literally on the beach. We don’t want to pack our own beach towels. I would expect beach towels in a beach rental. The other thing is they didn’t have the most basic essentials such as salt and pepper. No coffee filters. No coffee for your first morning (we got in at midnight). No good access to food. You definitely have to drive to eat a decent meal. We ended up having to buy salt/pepper and like 100 coffee filters because you can’t really buy 7. Those things are what I have come to expect in rentals. I have never rented a property that didn’t provide salt/pepper and at least your first morning supply of coffee with filters if needed.

There was 7 of us that stayed comfortably. The condo had games to play in the evenings. Great location to the elevator for easy access to the pool, beach and parking garage. Okay view of the ocean. We could see the fireworks from the patio but enjoyed them from the beach.

Spring Vacation

Property was nice! Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable as was the running toilets in the unit. A lot for my grandchildren to do but I do wish the pool water had been heated.

Relaxing vacation! 🏝

You won’t be let down with renting this condo. Great view of the beach, can hear the waves rolling in and out. Close to the elevator for easy loading/unloading. Decor is bright and airy. Beds are comfortable. We had 1 issue with the dryer but it was fixed quickly. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need. Just bring your groceries! Kid friendly, lots of games in the closet if the weather gets rainy. Love the privacy you get with the door on the bunk room. We will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful condo for the week!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: view of the water is better than able to be pictured. Close to pool and beach access. Living spaces have plenty of room for families to play games and relax. Cons: beds are very noisy. One master bath needs some work - toilet flushes inconsistently, shower door doesn’t close tightly, Ceiling vent makes a ton of noise and keeps one master bedroom awake at night. (We told management who said they would send someone, but it did not get fixed and we never received an update).

A wonderful rental

The condo was just as other reviewers have described it. It was clean and well equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, laundering clothes, etc..The location was convenient and centrally located to the local attractions and eating establishments. Additionally, it's just steps from the elevator to the beach and even though the weather was a bit on the cool side for swimming we still enjoyed the beach as much as possible. The view of the beach was magnificent from either of the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Marie was a great host. We had one small maintenance item that needed attention and she took care of it within two hours of my call. I only mention this as a testament to her willingness to maintain the condo and please her guests. Overall, even with the cool weather, it was a great week. I would rent from Marie again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience in this condo; the view was great and the place was clean. We had a few minor issues with doors not functioning quite like they should, but it was just to the bunk room (where most other condos don't have a door) and the pantry, so nothing major. You can tell it is stayed in a lot, some minor things (bathtub faucet knobs, towel rings) were showing signs of wear... maintenance did promptly show up to address all concerns. This condo is located right next to an elevator, which was great for convenience and didn't add any extra noise while in the condo. We love Waterscape and this condo is one of the best that we've stayed in. We try to eat in some and it had a crockpot which was handy.
