BEAUTIFUL NEW BATHROOM

WE NOW HAVE BEACH SERVICE!!! :)

Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

This one is as "on the beach" as our other ones. The view is the same, but from a little higher up which makes a difference. Also, it has a little extra quiet privacy.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Beautifully furnished in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam matress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning, and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo needs updating with some very basic things that would make it more comfortable. Bring your own blankets (there were only two thin blankets) and toilet paper (only one roll was provided).

Our eleventh year at Villas Capri!

We have been coming to Okaloosa Island every September, since 2014. Each year finds us in the same unit at Villas Capri. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Perfect spot on the beach, very nicely appointed furnishings and clean as a whistle! The owners, maintenance and housekeeping staff are top notch!

Relaxing and Worry Free

The view was breathtaking. Overall the Condo was extremely clean. We loved sitting on the balcony while watching the waves. Every so often we saw a dolphin off in the distance. We definitely will stay there again.

Cozy condo

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights for Memorial Day weekend. The view is amazing. We loved hanging out on the balcony, and the beach. The condo was very cozy. Paul and Candy were very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly.

Lovely little condo with fantastic ocean views. Perfect for two. Overall clean but not with detail cleaning. If the regular foam mattress was replaced with a new one our stay would be five star.

A quaint and cozy condo. Priced very fairly. We were allowed to bring our pet, and enjoyed interacting with other pet-owners on the property. Beautiful view from the second floor. Amenities were perfect for our stay! Perfect location! Enjoyed walking on the beach down to the pier.
