Come enjoy the quiet, serene beaches of Okaloosa Island! Pelican Isle 109 awaits!
This elegant, coastal condo has 1 bedroom with king bed, hallway bunks, and 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed and an en suite master bathroom with shower/tub combo, updated vanity, and fixtures.
The hallway features built-in bunk beds, perfect for kids or adults!
The second bathroom is just off the hallway, convenient to the bunks, and features updated fixtures and a huge shower.
The kitchen has undergone a complete overhaul including brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, and a shiplap bar. Doing dishes never looked so good as you gaze out at the gulf while loading the dishwasher!
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a huge coffee table that's perfect for puzzles and games, and an entertainment center with tv, dvd player, movies and games for the whole family. There is also a queen air mattress available for use.
And last but not least, head out to the balcony where you can take in the salt air and breathtaking views! Watch dolphins swim by as you sip your morning coffee!
And if you can peel yourself away from the balcony, head on down to the pool and beach! Beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is included in your stay **(March 1 -Oct 31 only)** Pool is heated during cooler months, as well as the hot tub!
After a long day on the beach, head down to The Boardwalk for dinner and a walk on the pier, or head into Destin, just a 6 mile drive down the road, and enjoy all the options there as well!

Great location & very clean

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and the owners clearly care about their condo. The only negative is a lack of storage space, there is no closet for clothes or storage space for baggage while there.

Peaceful and comfortable

Condo is just as described, very clean and in a nice quiet end of the island. The walks on the beach were spectacular; you can go left to walk and see all the other condos/people, or right, where it’s just sand and sea and you feel alone on your own island. Beautiful white sand and interesting shells.

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets. Property was just as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and cookware you’d possibly need for having meals in. Taylor was perfect as our host and kept us informed with everything we needed for checking in / out. We loved it here!

Long weekend beach road trip.

Very nice condo located on a beautiful part of the beach. The host was very attentive. Awesome to have beach chairs included…Only issue we had was we were awoken each morning by other rude guests apparently leaving early between 3-4 am. (The bedroom is right by the elevators). It’s all good..wish we could have stayed longer! FYI…if you stay in the area…gotta hit Stewbys for some seafood..
