This unique property, located in the quiet Bluefish neighborhood, is perfect for families seeking a relaxing getaway. With parking right outside your door, you'll never have to worry about where to park your car.
Step inside to find a cozy and welcoming space, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable queen-sized memory foam mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Take in the tropical climate while lounging in the egg chairs outside, or enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and reflect on life's blessings. The space also features a small desk in one of the bedrooms, perfect for those needing to catch up on work. With internet cable and three smart TVs, including a 55" 4K in the living room, you'll have plenty of entertainment options.
The cute and functional kitchen is equipped with a small 2-burner electric magnetic stove top (no oven), a microwave, and a fridge. All cookware and dishes are provided, so you can whip up a home-cooked meal with ease.
Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and aloe vera are provided for your convenience, and the floors are designed to be walked on barefoot. The original terrazzo floors are a standout feature of this charming bungalow and our personal favorite! Book your stay today and experience the relaxed island life for yourself. In addition to its charming amenities, our container homes feature a premium RainSoft whole-house water filtration system, ensuring that every drop of water you use is purified and free from harmful contaminants. This advanced system improves water quality by removing chlorine, heavy metals, and other impurities, offering guests cleaner, fresher water for drinking, cooking, and bathing. With this added luxury, you’ll experience water that feels softer on your skin and enhances your overall comfort—something not commonly found in most other Airbnbs. It’s a little extra touch that makes a big difference during your stay.
The guest should also note that there is no lifeguard on duty at the beach and guests swim at their own risk. Additionally, the unit is equipped with basic essentials such as towels, bed linens, and toiletries. However, guests may need to bring their own beach towels and personal hygiene items. The unit is also a non-smoking and guests are expected to adhere to these rules. Finally, the guest should note that check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am, early check-in and late check-out requests will result in additional fees.
Due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, wood roach, American roach, Ceratopogonidae (no-seams), mosquitos, termites, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to get away from the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control as this is the environment in which we live. The property is located very close to the water — snakes such as water moccasins are seen on occasion, especially near rocks and such, please make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Swimming in the bay there are a variety of aquatic species that can cause harm, swim at your own risk.
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.
For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone
No Smoking Policy This property is strictly non-smoking—this includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, and any other smoking products, both inside the unit and near open windows or doors. If we receive a report or find evidence that the unit smells like smoke (e.g., cigarettes, etc.), a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or after (unless early check-in is paid and confirmed). Please confirm with the host before booking using the Airbnb app messenger if early check-in is required. If early check-in is possible, the Guest agrees to pay a $50 early check-in fee. We kindly ask all guests to notify us of your expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. This helps us ensure the property is fully ready and any access arrangements are smooth.
LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10am. For the cleaner to have time to prepare for the next guest properly, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being entirely off of the property with keys in the required location. The guest agrees to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time.
If late check-out is required, please confirm with the host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by the host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.
PROPERTIES WITH STAIRS: Please use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, children will need to be accompanied when using stairs, if there are any hazards please report them before using stairs.
PROPERTIES WITH BACKYARD/FRONT YARD: The yards are on a maintenance schedule however, there can be hazards like glass, cacti, sand spurs, construction debris, etc placed that has not been acknowledged. Please wear shoes and watch where you step. Please check yard for pets.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.
AGE: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 18.
SHOES: Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home.
WILD ANIMALS/PESTS: Some properties are near large bodies of water, swamp, or areas where wild animals roam. While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!
SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.
