  • Welcome to Bayside Paradise~ a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath with additional loft couch located on the Bayside of popular Destin West Beach and Bay resort in Fort Walton Beach, FL! Comfortably sleeping 8, this condo is the perfect choice for your next family beach vacation! Destin West is known for its gorgeous lazy river and easy beach access which makes it a continued favorite destination for families every year. Additionally, the resort features a hot tub and heated pool for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of America.

    Bayside Paradise features a fully stocked kitchen, and enough beds for up to 8 people. The two bedrooms both host lush king beds while the loft room features a queen sleeper couch. For additional sleeping space, there is a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional features of the condo include a full stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, beach towels and an over-sized top floor balcony with sweeping views of the lazy river and Choctawhatchee Bay.

    For your convenience, the condo is stocked with starter amenities for your stay. These amenities include:
    (2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
    (1) Roll of paper towels
    (4) Beach Towels
    (2) Trash bags
    (4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
    (1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
    (1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
    (1) Starter set of laundry detergent
    (1) dawn soap and sponge
    Starter set of dishwasher soap
    (4) Keurig coffee pods

    Upon booking you will receive a very helpful welcome packet that tells you everything you need to know about the complex, the unit, and area!

    This complex has an open-parking lot for each building. Upon check-in, we will provide everything that you need to gain access into the unit. There are two parking spots for this unit available. This condo is located in Destin West BAYSIDE in Ft. Walton Beach!

    Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require guests to sign a separate rental agreement upon booking to ensure you meet our age (25 and up)requirement. Thank you for understanding!

Family Beach Vacation 2025

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We were not crowded for sleeping, plenty of room in the condo for all ages to relax, including a nice size balcony. Owners were very communicative and available if needed. The condo had all the necessary amenities to make our trip convenient and fun!

The room was very clean. The pool is always maintained and family friendly guests. My special needs wheelchair bound sister was traveling with us. There is a chair lift to access the pool that was such a great feature! We did have to call the resort a few times with questions and every time they answered promptly and were very helpful! As far as the condo, the host has the room furnished with games, puzzles, & all kitchen accessories that we needed! We brought along a few extra pillows, blankets & sheets for personal comfort which were needed as we never located any for the pull out couch. The condo has a high end washer and dryer. A kurieg coffee pot/single cup duo maker. Would definitely recommend this condo & would stay again!
