Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony of this top floor end unit. Beautiful white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico await. You will have an updated kitchen and dining area for four. The building is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. Parking is plentiful and convenient. There are two elevators on site to carry you up to the top floor. Easy access to attractions such as Oakaloosa Pier, boat rentals, Gulfarium, Crab Island, and downtown Fort Walton. Beach chairs will be provided from March through October.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean! It’s in a great location with beautiful views of the beach. The host gave excellent communication and made sure everything was a breeze. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great place! Great location! The only thing that could be improved is the mattress. Also a/c will come on so abruptly at night. It might startle you if you’re a light sleeper, but other than that 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Loved the condo was perfect for a nice anniversary getaway ! The only thing was the bed wasn’t comfortable at all . The mattress seemed to be worn out in my opinion but other than that everything was wonderful! Loved the cute decor and the balcony was perfect views ! Thanks for sharing !

Very nice accomodations. Kitchen had sufficient pots and pans, dishes . All the things needed to prepare meals. Lots of towels were greatly appreciated. Very cute and well decorated condo. Building was nice and clean.

Beautiful beachfront!

Ookaloosa Island is a beautiful area! Stunning beach, sunrises and sunsets! The condo is located right on this perfect stretch of beach! Amazing location. The condo was very clean. I have to mention that the AC/furnace unit was extremely loud and in the bedroom so we ended up turning it off completely- but we could because the weather was not too hot. The host was very nice and responsive. We were here for the beach and it didn’t disappoint! The Emerald Coast is unforgettable!

Incredible balcony views

Very clean, very nice place. The grounds are very clean as well. The view off of the balcony for both the sunrise and sunset make this condo worth it! Mike was helpful with the the one issue we had. Overall it was an amazing week! Look forward to coming back!

This was the first time we haven't gone to Orange Beach, AL and loved every bit of our stay at 7P. It was the perfect little condo for my wife and I to enjoy a little get away. We found the condo had everything needed for us! With maybe a few minute walk to the beach, coupled with beach service for two chairs and an umbrella it was super easy for us to have a spot close in case we needed to run up for something. We highly recommend Mike and his spot at Island Echos...we will be back!

Great condo, Great view!

We have stayed at Island Echoes several times. You just can’t beat the view from the balcony, the included umbrella/chairs on the beach, etc. we would definitely stay here again! One thing I would note for anyone staying here….you have to get your beach towels down on some chairs EARLY….like 7:30-8:00. They were doing something new this year where several setups in the front very center had pink tags on them….those were $15 to rent for the day. If you didn’t get your stuff down there early to one of the other setups you ran the risk of having to sit in the second row….which meant you had all those chairs and umbrellas obstructing your view!!!

Nice couples getaway

We enjoyed our long Labor Day weekend. Condo was nice. Owner very nice and promptly helped when needed. Beach is beautiful and view was perfect. Only cons I might have is bring things you need to prepare your food. Of course your seasonings and condiments, that's a given. But there is no alum foil, plastic wrap, storage bags or even plastic containers with lids. Also, air conditioner is on the bedroom wall and it is loud when it starts up. Can be quite annoying when trying to sleep. But over-all, we truly enjoyed ourselves! Don't hesitate to stay here.

Our opinion

Living room furniture was not very comfortable and needed cleaning or replacing. Really needed updating but as I said it was at least clean. Balcony furniture is Walmart level cheapo stuff. Not enough linens for fresh every day use for 2. Extra pillows but no pillow cases for them that we could find. Overall we totally enjoyed our time at the beach but in comparison to many other condos we have stayed at in this area this one seems very much like a bare bones place for income production only. The balcony views were spectacular as everyone else said. Not trying to blow the owners ratings but this was our opinion based on our lifestyle. Overall i would give it a 80%-90%. Not bad enough to say beware don’t go just not good enough for us to go away and feel like we got our hard earned money’s value back.
